If you wish to return your products, please email hello@skinwoof.com with your order number and the reason you wish to have a refund. The customer service team at Skin Woof will then manage your return.

If 30 days have passed since your order was made then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. You can only ever get a refund when your Skin Woof vitamins have not been opened or used in any way and are in the original condition you received them in.

You must return your products to the address we can give you if you request it from us. Unless you’re returning a product because of an error on our part, all returns need to be paid for by you.

Refunds will be issued to the full value excluding postage charges.
